Safety and Record Limits
The Sheriff's warrant page says active warrant status must be verified with dispatch and warns readers not to arrest from posted PDFs. For an emergency, call 911. A booking, warrant, or news item is an accusation or legal process, not a conviction. The Most Wanted page explains the County's verification warning, while the Crime News page explains how to move from a story to the official record.
